Granite Worktops Information

Granite is a strong durable material, perfect for use in the kitchen. An ideal worksurface when preparing pastry. The natural granite is rock formed during volcanic eruptions. Hot magma combined with melted surrounding rocks results in an array of different textures and colours of granite. The natural stone is perfectly polished and installed. A true designer look in any kitchen.

Each worktop is manufactured to suit the requirements of your kitchen. A template will be produced using either cardboard or hardboard. Once the template is complete it is taken to the granite warehouse and placed on top  of a granite slab of your chosen colour and cut to size. The granite worktops are then installed in your kitchen where polishing takes place.

Granite worktops are extremely versatile.  Available in many different colours, textures and sizes. With the choice of matching upstands, splashbacks & integrated draining grooves adding additional designer features to any kitchen.

To keep your new worktops clean & protected use stone care boxes. Choose from stone cleaner, stain repellent or stone polish.

Stone cleaner is PH neutral cleaner used for removing dirt, oil &grease. Stain repellent  is a specially infused formula which repels, grease & oil. Stone polish is silicone based product which protects & cleans the worksurface. By using stone polish it returns original lustre to your granite worksurfaces.
